CA Services complete another batch of Legionella Risk Assessments

Conducting a Legionella Risk Assessment (LRA) is a legal requirement under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and building managers have a duty of care to the people in their buildings.

Often we get enquiries from people asking if we can do ‘legionella testing’ for them. Sometimes it becomes apparent that they aren’t sure what they are actually asking for, or why!  This confusion comes from people being aware that they have a responsibility to manage water hygiene risks but they have no technical background to understand how to do it

This starts with carrying out a Legionella Risk Assessment, the size and complexity of this assessment is directly related to the size and complexity of the water system you have.

Please contact C A Services to discuss your water hygiene requirements, an LCA registered company who has the competence and authority to undertake physical and administrative checks.
