C A Services are a SNIPEF member (Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation), members are licensed, employ qualified people and maintain insurance. They also operate under a warranty scheme. NI Water only recommends using SNIPEF members.
C A Services are a Gas Safe registered company, by law all gas engineers must be on the register and hold current qualifications to install, repair or maintain gas appliances. C A Services are commercial, and LPG registered.
C A Services are OFTEC registered. If you’re installing an oil-fired boiler or need a boiler checked or repaired, you should always use an OFTEC-registered technician. OFTEC maintains a register of trained and assessed technicians who are qualified to work safely with oil-fired appliances in Northern Ireland.
C A Services are Safe-T-Cert certified. Safe-T-Cert is a third-party accredited health and safety scheme developed jointly by the Construction Employers Federation in Belfast and the Construction Industry Federation in Dublin. It was developed from the 18001/2 documentation but enhanced specifically for the construction industry. It is based on ‘best practice’ requirements for international and national bodies, including ILO guidelines. Safe-T-Cert is recognised under the ‘Buildsafe’ initiative in Northern Ireland and the ‘Construction Safety Partnership’ in the Republic of Ireland. Safe-T-Cert is also a member of Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP).
C A Services are NVIR-O-Cert certified. NVIR-O-CERT has been developed by the Construction Employers Federation (CEF) and is supported by the Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) and the leading environmental professional body, the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
