Urgent Works required for a Chiller Failure at Major Belfast Building

Our Client had a failure of their chiller unit at a major building in Belfast. Hot Water Temperature Issues

Our client reported issues of poor hot water temperatures at a large number of outlets, even though source temperatures were ok. Upon investigation our C A Services engineer promptly found non return valves failing at Thermostatic Mixing Valves. All TMV’s were checked and remedial action carried out.

Pressure Drop Solution

In a recent case, the client who lived in a large, 2 bathroom, 3 en-suite dwelling, complained of a pressure drop when multiple outlets were running simultaneously.  Our domestic team fitted a Slimline 300 litre booster pack with variable pump to achieve a constant 2.8 bar throughout house which solved the problem.

Cleaning & Disinfection

Client complained of poor water quality.   The before photos fully explain why.  A full clean and disinfection of the tank and hot and cold water system was carried out which fixed the issue.  Great work carried out by our Water Hygiene Division.
