Training young people properly is a huge responsibility — one we take seriously. The next generation is the lifeblood of our trade, and passing on skills, knowledge, and the right standards matters more now than ever.

With a severe skills shortage across the trades — made worse by limited government funding that makes it harder for employers to take on trainees — we believe businesses still have a duty to step up where they can.
